MBFWA - DAY ONE
Posted: Apr 08 2014
We've been loving every minute of attending Australian Fashion Week this week - the street style, the people watching, the celeb spotting, the shows (and the list continues).
We kicked off Monday with By Johnny, Gail Sorronda and Bec And Bridge. Each in their own right were amazing.
Scuba-inspired fabric was a key trend in this collection, with vibrant hues and sculptural frills. We adored the lady like feel of this "Spectrum" collection.
A collection inspired by Disney's A Little Mermaid. It was our favourite show of the day. We loved that it was kicked off with a stunning dance - it made it a memorable experience!
BEC AND BRIDGE
This collection is named "Due North", throughout the collection you will notice a traveller theme with chambray fabrics, shredded and hand-woven denim, as well as a raw, unhemmed finish to many of the looks. Super cute and stays true to the B&B aesthetic.
