Healthy Options | Juices

We have been getting right in to healthy juices here at Cupcake HQ. If fruit and vege aren't normally your thing, juices may be just for you because they are super delicious and easy to make. We've complied our favourites of the minute, so what are you waiting for? Grab a blender or a juice and begin your day in a healthy way!


      Celery Boost (Via Spa Bettie)

Serves 1 - Large Glass

  • 1 Bunch of Celery
  • 1 Red Capsicum
  • 1 Beet
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Apple

Directions:  Add to Blender, Blend - Add ice cubes.


        Sweet And Green

          (via Healthy Pursuit)
  • 1 pear 
  • 1 apple 
  • 2 cups spinach 
  • 1 bunch of kale 
  • 1 celery stalk (about 10 sticks with leaves)
  • 1 cucumber 

Directions: If you have a ‘low’ setting on your juicer, begin with the softer veggies first – spinach, kale and cucumber. Then turn to ‘high’ and juice the pear, apple, and celery.



        Apple, Carrot Green Juice

  • 1 bunch spinach, stems removed (or a few large handfuls) 
  • 2 large handfuls baby carrots 
  • 1 1/2 medium size apples 
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice 
  • sweetener to taste (optional) 
  • equal amounts water
Directions: Put lemon juice in the bottom of the glass with ice. Place spinach, apple, and carrots into the juicer. See how much juice is made, then add that same amount of water to the mix. If it’s not sweet enough for you, add the other half of the apple or your sweetener of choice. Pour over ice, stir, sip and enjoy.

     Glowing Sunshine Juice
  • 1 Grapefruit, peeled 
  • 4 Medium Carrots 
  • Fresh Ginger 
  • 1/4 raw maca powder 
Direction: Blend together, add ice
