We offer Free Shipping on all Australian orders above $50, which are sent via Australia Post ‘Parcel Post’ standard satchels. Alternatively orders can be sent via ‘Express Post’ for overnight delivery for an extra charge.

‘Parcel Post’ standard shipping will arrive between 2-6 business days after posting. Express Post will in most cases arrive the next day after posting. For further details, please refer to the Australia Post delivery areas information.

International orders are sent via Australia Post for a flat fee of $20 which is added to your order during checkout.

We ship all orders within one business day and update you with a tracking number. After ordering online you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details.

Please note all international customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver. Cupcake Fashion is not responsible for any additional charges incurred for shipping orders internationally.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at info@cupcakefashion.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit we therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Cupcake Fashion will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Bust: 
Measured from arm pit to arm pit. Measure the fullest part of your bust. Your arms should be down by your side and slightly apart, keeping the measuring tape horizontal against the body.

Waist:
Measured from the smallest part of waistline (above navel) keeping the measuring tape comfortably loose and horizontal against the body.

Hips:
